Xavi González is a Mechanical Engineering expert with a degree from Girona Technical University (UDG), graduating in 2005. From 2000 to 2025, he has been a key force in the world of racing, starting as a Suspension Technician with Showa Corporation. Through the technical service of this company, he has worked with a long list of legendary riders, including Anthony West, Daijiro Kato, Emilio Alzamora, Sete Gibernau, Ryuichi Kiyonari, Cal Harris, Marc Márquez, John McGuinness, Tom Sykes, Joan Lascorz, Jonathan Rea, Alex Lowes, and others. With some of these riders, he has won races and championships in MotoGP, BSB Championship, WorldSBK, and the Isle of Man TT.

With a solid foundation in automotive mechanics, Xavi also spent time teaching at top mechanic schools. When not fine-tuning bikes or racing, you'll find him in the mountains, running, trekking, or cycling to stay sharp. A legend on and off the track!
