His journey has always been about two things—speed and passion. After finishing school, he jumped straight into motorsports, racing bikes all over the world with different brands and championships.

Xavi's extensive experience is a great asset to the team. His track record includes six podiums in WorldSBK, with the added merit of achieving them on non-factory machines. He was the Spanish Stockxtrem Champion (equivalent to SBK) from 2010 to 2013, European Superstock 1000 Champion in 2013, German IDM SBK Champion in 2014, and he also has podiums in the Endurance World Championship and wins in British BSB and USA MotoAmerica. Xavi was also instrumental in Kawasaki's 2020 WorldSBK Manufacturers' title. Fun fact: he was teammates with Eva Blánquez (the team’s Communication Manager) during his national racing days and made a couple of wild-card appearances in the short-lived bimota Moto2 project.

Off the track, his life is all about balance—spending time with her daughter, riding supermoto, and enjoying good moments with friends. Despite the stereotype that riders can be a bit messy, he is also an entrepreneur at heart. His latest challenge? Setting up his own company in the USA, which keeps me busy, motivated, and always looking for the next big opportunity.
