With a background in hospitality from ESHOB and years of experience in fine dining, Sergi brings his culinary expertise to the fast-paced world of motorsports. From private events to working in renowned restaurants, his passion for food has always driven him to create exceptional dining experiences. Now, as part of the bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team, he combines his love for gastronomy with the thrill of the racing world.
Beyond the kitchen, taekwondo has been his lifelong passion. Competing since the age of 12 and coaching young fighters for the past five years, he finds deep fulfillment in both practicing and teaching the sport.
For him, this job is more than just cooking—it’s an opportunity to travel, discover new flavors, and gain insights into the behind-the-scenes world of racing hospitality. And what makes it even better? The unique environment, where professionalism meets a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
