With a Master’s in Motorsports Engineering and Management and a background in Automotive Engineering, his career has been dedicated to pushing the limits of performance on two wheels. Before joining Bimota/Kawasaki, he worked across the top tiers of racing, from Honda AMA Superbike to MotoGP with Forward Racing and Aprilia, as well as WorldSBK projects with MV Agusta, Honda, and BMW. For him, this isn’t just a job—it’s a passion and a way of life that has driven him for over 20 years. Translating a rider’s sensations into data, fine-tuning the ECU, and making the bike faster is what fuels him every day. Outside of the paddock, he loves building and riding motorbikes—on track and off-road—mountain biking (even in a country without mountains!), and crafting high-end audio systems to enjoy music at full volume. But the best part of racing? Working as a team, giving 110%, and chasing a common goal—because nothing beats the feeling of making a bike and a rider perform at their absolute best.
