He studied Industrial Design at ESDI College (Ramon Llull University) for four years, focusing on production processes and project management but he was already deeply involved in racing projects and business ventures that provided far more hands-on learning than the classroom ever could.

From Supermoto, Dirt-Track, and Road Racing to journalism at Solo Moto, his career has spanned all aspects of the sport. Since 1993, he has held key roles in rider management, team leadership, and championship promotions, working with top names like Marc Márquez, Pol Espargaró, Joan Lascorz, Tom Sykes, Jonathan Rea, Alex Lowes and Axel Bassani. As Team Manager for Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK (2012-2024), he has been at the helm of some of the sport’s greatest moments.

Motorsport is more than just a job for him—it’s a lifelong passion, and every new challenge fuels his drive to keep pushing the limits. When he's not at the track, he enjoys ski competitions, tennis, and Flat-Track whenever possible, as well as Trial and Enduro.
