With a degree in Motorsport & Motorcycle Engineering from the University of Derby, Andrew has turned his passion for two wheels into a thriving career. Before joining the team, he honed his expertise with BMW Motorrad, developing his skills in high-performance engineering.

Outside of work, he is always chasing adrenaline—whether it’s cycling, motocross, track days, skiing, or paddleboarding, he rarely standing still. As one of the youngest in the paddock in his role, he sees it as an opportunity to keep pushing the limits and carving his path in the industry.
